Unfortunately Denny's Grandpa Dodson passed away last Saturday. So, we made a trip to the Park Hills / Bonne Terre area. He was 86 years old and had been diagnosed with cancer. We saw him about a month earlier before he started getting bad. Thankfully he was never in pain, though. We left on Sunday and came back on Thursday. Thankfully Denny's brother, Darrin, put us up for the night on the way up there and on the way back. We can only stay in the car so long!

We stopped at Target in Joplin. I can't believe they posed for me knowing people were all around!
Our hotel had a pool in it. They were able to go swimming once, which helped burn off some energy!

It's hard to see, but we went over 100,000 miles in the van on this trip. Hopefully it makes it another 100,000!!!
On the way home we stopped at the Springfield Bass Pro Shops.

I took this picture right before the elevator door closed. I thought they would open it back for me, but Aaron "accidentally" hit the wrong button. They eventually came back for me, though. :)
