Trunk or Treat

Ryan was a hunter.  Of course he picked our largest bow to carry around!

Aaron was an OU football player.

Ready to go to Trunk or Treat!

Aaron about to go off the deep end!

Ryan was ready to take the plunge!

Brady made those mouse ears look good!

Clark didn't want his picture taken, but I snapped this one before he knew it!

Avery was a beautiful Princess Elsa!

Old Town Festival

Last weekend was the festival in North Town.  The boys each held a snake, and I even did too!

This was their favorite part.  They were all over that tarp trying to knock each other down!

Camping at Lake Eufaula State Park

This weekend was fall break at school.  They boys went to Belle Star with my parents Wednesday after school, and I picked them up on Friday.  Unfortunately I picked them up because they both woke up sick.  Thankfully it was a short virus, so we left for Fountainhead around noon on Saturday and stayed until 2 on Sunday.  It was a really good trip!

I could hear animals walking around our tent most of the night!

We were able to ride our bikes around the campsite, and also on some trails.

We also played disc golf!

Aaron and Ryan are some fire making boys!

Beautiful sunrise.

Ryan went fishing first thing.  Actually all three of them did!

This was Aaron's catfish.

This was Ryan's bass.

This was Ryan reeling in a big one!  Actually he's just hung up :)

Football Homecoming

This Friday night was homecoming.  Avery got to be in it, and of course looked beautiful!  It was the first football game I've been to in a long time.  I had a lot of fun, but that was probably because I was playing with my nieces and nephew the whole time!

Aaron

This was the first year Aaron had the option to be in band at school.  After trying out different instruments the one he was best at was the one he wanted the most....percussion.  So far he has loved it, and we don't fight about practicing.  Yeah!

This past Friday night he was able to go out on the field with the High School Band for the pregame show.  We also got to see the drummers go through their drills before it all started.  He liked it all!

This was one of the pictures we used for Aaron's campaign for Student Council President.  His slogan was: "Vote for me and you'll be Happy, Happy, Happy.  And that's a fact, Jack!"
He had to make posters and give a speech.  He didn't win, but we're super proud of him for tying!

Our Backyard Weenie Roast

We were going to camp a few weekends ago, but weather didn't allow it.  So, the next day we went ahead and roasted weenies and marshmallows in our backyard.

After lunch we went for a "muddy" bike ride.  This is a picture of how the trail started.  I'm sure you can imagine how it went from there.  Aaron and I ended up exploring on foot, while Denny and Ryan rode the trail.  We all had fun, though!

Yes, that's me trying to avoid the puddle as much as possible!

Ryan lost a tooth!

There's  nothing as cute as a missing front tooth!
