Youth Trout Tournament

This past weekend was the Youth Trout Fishing Tournament at Robbers Cave.  It was cold and rainy, but that didn't stop the boys!  They didn't catch anything, but we still had fun.

After the tournament Denny was able to fish for a little while, and this is the one he caught.

Ryan's New Books!

My Aunt Nette sent Ryan a set of books.  I told her he did a lot of reading for homework, so he didn't really read for enjoyment.  At night he has been letting me read to him, which I love.  So, she found this set of books that are perfect for him.  They have chapters, so he feels big like his brother, but it's large writing and perfect for his reading level.  He has been so proud of his books.  He even takes them so he can read while we're in the van.  Thanks Aunt Nette!

Field Trip to Science Museum

I went with Ryan's school on a field trip to the Science Center in OKC.  I hadn't been there since I was attending school at Edmond Doyle!  I drove, so Ryan was able to ride with me.  We had a great day!

Denny's New Toy

Denny and Dad are excited for warmer weather and fishing.  I think he's crazy to let his legs dangle in the same water he's trying to catch fish!

I won't even say how long he walked around the house in that. :)

More Snow Fun!

I took these a while back, but never got them downloaded.  It makes me want more snow!

 Mark (our Elf on the Shelf) brought the boys these sleds.  We've had a lot of fun with them!

It was sleeting and blowing right in their face when they walked back up the hill.  I don't think they minded, though!

Scuba Diving

Denny and the boys went with my parents to the Tulsa Boat Show this weekend.  Ryan was too young, but Denny and Aaron got to try scuba diving.  Aaron took right to it, and they both had fun!  Aaron's picture was in Sunday's Tulsa World paper, also!

I had to work Saturday, so wasn't able to go with them.  I was able to have fun here, though. I went to a McAlester basketball game with my brother, and had a great time with him.  Hopefully we can do it again!

I love anything damask, but Brady makes it even better!

Oh! We found out today that Denny's brother & wife are expecting a little girl.  In July we'll have a little Daisy Mae!
