Fireworks

We'll be out of town over the 4th, so we thought we'd do some fireworks early.  This was just a few we did before it got dark.  The combination of boys, fire, and fireworks makes me a little nervous!

Game Night

We played spoons the other night, and found out Ryan has a hidden talent.  The boy can hang not one, but two spoons on his nose!

Aaron got one, but it took some work.  We're not sure how Ryan does it!

Happy Father's Day!

Happy Father's day to a great Daddy.  Well...I guess you're Dad now.  Our boys are getting older you know.  No matter how old they get they'll always need you, and I'm sure will want to spend time with you.  You are so patient with them, and try to include them in your hobbies.  I asked Ryan what he'd like me to say, and he said that you are his hero, and that you should play professional disc golf!
Thanks for being such a wonderful father (and hubby!)!!  We love you!

The boys got Denny a new disc, and Ryan wanted to show off the one he had just bought, too.  Right now disc golf is all Denny and Ryan can think about!

We had everyone over for lunch after church.  Nothing says Happy Father's day like pizza and oreo ice cream dessert!

Brady got Dad a card that plays music.  She wouldn't let it go and kept playing it over and over.  Guess we know what to get her for her birthday!  :)

The picture of William and I with Dad is on mom's camera.  So, I'll post it whenever I get it from her.  Until then, Happy Father's Day to an amazing dad, and an even more amazing Grandfather.  You've always been there for me, even when I probably didn't want it.  Thanks for putting up with me during the tough years.  Who would've thought we'd end up such good friends! Even though it hasn't worked out this summer, my favorite times are going camping with you guys.  I'd honestly rather spend a week at Belle Starr with my family than anywhere else.  Those memories are thanks to your hard work (and trailer).  Love you!

Bowling

The boys are part of a bowling program that lets you have 2 free games per day.  We've never gone before, so today we tried it.  I don't think Aaron had much fun, but Ryan and I did.

Okay, so Aaron wasn't thrilled.  We're still making memories, though.  Right?

Back from Camp

Aaron was supposed to be at youth camp this week.  He went up on Tuesday morning, but they had to come home Thursday morning.  We've had so much rain, the camp was literally flooding!  I was really worried about them getting back home safe with so many roads flooded.  But, they made it back fine, and Aaron is catching up on video games!
