Fishing

We went fishing this weekend and had a great time.  We didn't get any bites, but it was a beautiful day and had lots of fun.  

 Sunday afternoon Denny and the boys went fishing again.  This time Denny brought home dinner!

Youth Trout Tournament

This past weekend was the Youth Trout Fishing Tournament at Robbers Cave.  It was cold and rainy, but that didn't stop the boys!  They didn't catch anything, but we still had fun.

After the tournament Denny was able to fish for a little while, and this is the one he caught.

Ryan's New Books!

My Aunt Nette sent Ryan a set of books.  I told her he did a lot of reading for homework, so he didn't really read for enjoyment.  At night he has been letting me read to him, which I love.  So, she found this set of books that are perfect for him.  They have chapters, so he feels big like his brother, but it's large writing and perfect for his reading level.  He has been so proud of his books.  He even takes them so he can read while we're in the van.  Thanks Aunt Nette!
